20 Items at a time

As you know that CRM 4.0 Outlook Client enables CRM users to select multiple contact records and track them in CRM. Back in CRM 3.0 the user could only select one record at a time and track it, which caused an unpleasant user experience.

However in Turns out that this feature in CRM 4.0 also has its limitations as you can only track 20 contact records at a time. Therefore selecting more than 20 records and pressing the track button will resolve to the following pop up message

Even if the user tries to set a parent for more than 20 already tracked contacts the user will get the same message.

Hoping that with next releases there will be no limitations.
